A few months back, we crashed at my sister's place and spent a week on a Herdy mattress. We were blown away and decided to get one right away! It's super comfy, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The customer service lady was really nice and helpful when we were ordering. Big thanks!

Just a heads up, you can't toss their cups in the dishwasher. You gotta buy a special cleaner, or else they get all stained up. When I reached out about my issue, I got a lecture over the phone instead of help. It seemed like the only thing they cared about was The Herdy Co and sticking to their strict rules. Honestly, that’s how it felt. I even got an email from Lisa saying, 'I’m sorry you were left disappointed by your situation and hope that you will continue to be one of our customers!!!' All I can say is, that’s not what I expected from Lisa.

These gifts are of lovely quality, and I’d definitely suggest this site. Unfortunately, I’m too far from the actual store. The prices are good, and I’ll be shopping with you again for sure!

I dropped by the Kesick store. There was a delightful woman helping out in the shop. I got some women's socks, a pack of note pads, and a pen as a birthday present for a relative who adores all things 'Herdy'. The products are well-crafted and fairly priced.

This morning, I got an email promoting a special mug for the Queen’s jubilee. But when I checked it out, the mug was already gone. Seriously, why would you promote something that’s not even available?

I really dig Herdy products and I've got quite a collection. Every time we hit up Keswick, we make it a point to swing by the shop and usually end up grabbing a couple of things. I'm keen on snagging one of those new tea towels priced at £10, but honestly, the £4.95 delivery fee feels a bit over the top for something that could easily be sent via Royal Mail for way less. That standard delivery charge often makes me think twice about shopping online. I guess I'll just hold off until December when we're back in Keswick.

What really gets under my skin is that I picked up a mug from Herdy about three weeks back and shelled out £4.95 for delivery then too. Today, I got an email from them promoting the tea towel, and guess what? Another £4.95 delivery fee. It’s like I’m spending more on shipping than on the actual product!

I've been a fan of the Herdy style for ages, and since I ain't traveling this year, I figured I'd bring the holiday vibes home! The Yan mug in pink is such a cheerful design that pairs perfectly with my pink Peep Sheep coaster. I intentionally chose a 'second' and honestly, the flaw is hardly noticeable. Delivery was super quick thanks to Royal Mail. Couldn't be happier!

I spent a couple of days in the Lakes this week, hitting up Keswick, Grasmere, and Bowness. I always grab some gifts from the local shops. Your team is wonderful! A special shoutout to Melanie—she's always so cheerful and friendly whenever I visit. I’d give 5 stars to all the shops and a solid 10 for Bowness!

This month, I decided to try ordering from Herdy online for the first time, and I was really pleased with the service I got. Now, I’m not usually one for online shopping, but I found the site super user-friendly. I ended up getting most of my Christmas gifts for the family and just placed an order for some more herdy goodies. I’m really looking forward to getting my herdy monopoly game!

I encountered a minor issue with one of my items. I reached out to Herdy, and Richard got back to me. His reply was filled with humor and professionalism—just the way customer service ought to be. We’re big fans of Herdy and own a bunch of their stuff. Right now, I’m enjoying a drink from my Herdy mug while sporting their socks. Fantastic company to work with.

I can't praise Herdy enough. Their products are top-notch, and the staff in every store are just delightful. I really dig the concept of giving back to the local Herdwick sheep farming communities. I've been supporting this brand since I picked up a key ring at the Westmorland Show, and now I've got nearly every Herdy item out there. I'm totally in love with Herdy! 🐏🐑

While on holiday in the Lake District, I had to rush to the closest Herdy shop! I checked out the store in Keswick and ended up spending quite a bit. I'm really impressed with the quality of the Herdy products, and the woman working there was just lovely! Absolutely excellent ☺ 🐑

Truly amazing items! The process for ordering is easy-peasy, and my purchases always show up quickly. I also got great help over the phone when I was searching for a product that was no longer available.

I really dig their stuff! I've got mugs, coasters, a purse, and a super cute key ring with a little metal sheep hanging off it. Right now, I'm sipping tea from the bright orange Herdy mug—what a delight! I ordered a bunch of these goodies online, and I was blown away by how fast they got here, especially since I'm ordering from France. Cheers to Herdy!
